Kara LOVES her new water table! So much so that this morning she stood at the back door saying "wa wa" "wa wa," etc! This was an awesome purchase!
Last week we had the pleasure of attending our first pool party!!! It was so fun hanging out with my EX -coworkers, though I was a bit stressed! Chasing an almost 18 month old around a pool is scary! She was a little scared of the water (and the big dogs!) at first, but then got brave to my chagrin, and wanted to go in the water all by herself of course. Little Miss Independent. Not sure where she gets that from ;) Anyway, thanks to Grace for an awesome time at the pool!

Today was my last official day of school (and I'm not going back!)!!!!!!! So exciting! Everyone kept asking me if I was sad, and to some people I would lie and say yes, but between you and me and the whole world who reads this irresistible blog- NOT SAD, NOT SAD AT ALL. I will miss the scent of the cafeteria food drifting to my "room" (my room was on the stage IN the cafeteria for inquiring minds).....whiffs of hot dogs always make the day a little better. I guess I'll have to just have to make some hot dogs at home. In all seriousness, I will miss the camaraderie between my teacher peeps, and SOME of the students. It's the OTHER students I will not miss (you know, the ones who ask me why they have to sing, even though it's CHOIR class...I could go on and on .....but you get the message)
Well, no posting would be complete without new pictures of the Kare Bear!
Fabulous Liz from my IVillage baby board, sent Kara and I some of her "oops" clips, so I put a bunch in her hair! Good times! I love having a little live doll to play with! Liz sells her clips on Etsy.com. Etsy is such a cool place to shop! If I ever decide I can make something besides burned waffles, I will sell there too.
Kara is obsessed with shoes! The funniest is when she puts Bills I-wanna-be-a-cowboy boots on. I haven't caught that with the camera yet, but you can imagine. The boots are up to her crotch and she even walks a little bit. Kinda like ET, but hey! That's my baby you are thinking weird thoughts about!

Here's a new pic of my little pookie! Isn't she the preciousest ever?! (Yes, I made that word up!) I can't wait to spend my summer chasing her around. I made the little barrette in her hair. Hot glue is my friend! Well, except when it gets on my fingers- ouch!

Whoohoo! A new blog! It's been a while! I am hoping this can be a place to keep you all up to date on the exciting world of the K's- Kristin and Kara!
This blog should load easier than the one I made on the Mac! Alas, the world isn't quite ready for the Mac to takeover the world! Move over Bill Gates! (Yes, Bill, if you are reading this I did write this without any coercion!)
I hope to use this blog to share with you pics of the crazy little k (AKA Kare Bear!) and also to give the lowdown on my latest reality TV picks! The Mole just started tonight and I am psyched! The most annoying Bachelorette ever, DeAHna, will I'm sure also be a topic of note! :)
